- Monitor and troubleshoot real-time issues
- Resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with global engineering teams
- Design and implement scalable solutions
- Automate tasks using Python and Bash scripting
- Use CI/CD pipelines (Github, Azure DevOps)
- Work with AWS Elemental services
- Utilize Akamai CDN and Vbrick
- Ensure security compliance (TLS, encryption, OWASP)
- Renew and exchange SSL certificates
- Operate live streaming encoders
- Support secure and reliable live events
- Facilitate executive communications
