Requirements
- •Experience in financial services industry with focus on liquidity management, balance sheet management, business analysis, or treasury operations
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- •Ability to operate in high scrutiny environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- •Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- •Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across various lines of business
- •Ability to excel under pressure and prioritize effectively
- •Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx knowledge preferred, experience with treasury management systems
- •CFA, FRM, or equivalent risk management certification
- •Deep understanding of regulatory banking framework of the European Union
- •Experience in preparing materials for senior management and/or regulatory bodies
- •Previous experience in broker-dealer or investment banking treasury operations
- •German language skills advantageous but not required
- •Experience with regulatory reporting systems (COREP, FINREP)

- •Analyze and manage liquidity and funding profiles
- •Assess interest rate risk for European entities
- •Plan and execute the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process
- •Coordinate input for the Contingency Funding Plan
- •Provide liquidity and treasury input for Recovery and Resolution Planning
- •Coordinate regulatory engagement for Treasury activities
- •Explain liquidity and interest rate risk regulatory returns
- •Develop and maintain liquidity stress testing models
