Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Sozial-/Gesundheitswesen

  • •Vorstand und Geschäftsführung als strategische:r Sparringspartner:in beraten
  • •Modernes, kennzahlenbasiertes Controlling- und Steuerungssystem aufbauen
  • •Standardisierte Management-Reports und Abweichungsanalysen erstellen
  • •Integriertes Risikomanagementsystem zur Früherkennung entwickeln
  • •Wirtschafts-, Investitions- und Liquiditätsplanung koordinieren und konsolidieren
  • •Monatliche Reports, Forecasts und Hochrechnungen steuern
  • •Controlling-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch führen und weiterentwickeln
  • •Moderne BI- und Reporting-Lösungen implementieren und optimieren
  • •Projekte zur Prozess- und Effizienzoptimierung leiten
