Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in law or business administration
- •Completion of a project management programme with certificate (advantageous)
- •First experience in project management or legal sector
- •Social competence, assertiveness, communication skills, client focus, flexibility, and commitment
- •Teamwork and networking skills
- •Understanding of legal and commercial issues
- •Analytical, precise, and structured approach
- •Fluent in English and good command of German, very good MS Office skills, experience with project management tools (ideally)
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably law or business administration)
- •Completion of a project management programme followed by a certificate (may be an advantage)
- •First experience in project management or the legal sector (ideally with a professional services or law firm)
- •Good soft skills, confident approach, communication skills, client focus, flexibility, and commitment
- •Good teamwork and networking skills
- •Good understanding of legal and commercial issues
- •Analytical, precise, and structured approach
- •Very good command of English, preferable very good/good command of German, excellent Office skills, experience with project management tools (ideally)

- •Ensure continuous information flow between clients and project teams
- •Recommend and implement Legal Tech tools for project efficiency
- •Coordinate with partners, lawyers, and internal units
- •Support budget planning and monitoring
- •Plan and execute short-, medium-, and long-term projects
- •Report on project progress and prepare meeting agendas
- •Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- •Assist in preparing project initiation documentation
- •Analyze problems and processes to find solutions
- •Influence colleagues to adapt their working methods
- •Communicate theoretical concepts to senior stakeholders
- •Manage effective project planning and execution
- •Identify and mitigate risks in project timelines
- •Monitor project budgets and manage scope changes
- •Engage with legal technology tools for project management
- •Define requirements for Best Delivery technology
- •Delegate tasks to Legal Project Analyst team
- •Incorporate feedback to adjust plans and styles
- •Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops
- •Work directly with clients, representing Clifford Chance
- •Align with Global Business Units to enhance client service
- •Track workstreams and manage resources for client matters
