- Support business initiatives for contract management
- Support business initiatives for compliance
- Manage and advise on cross-border commercial deals
- Prepare templates for Procurement
- Negotiate and draft vendor and supplier agreements
- Negotiate and document contracts with licensors and partners
- Incorporate data purchasing and compliance into contracts
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Lead improvements for contract templates and processes
- Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with corporate legal team on contract compliance
- Partner with Global Compliance & Ethics on legal and procedural adherence
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments
- Advise leadership on required actions
- Coordinate with in-house and external counsel
- Provide legal guidance on product development, governance, and templates
- Support claims and litigation with global team
