- Structured and independent working style
- Flexibility, critical thinking, proactivity, and initiative
- Strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Fluent German and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of other European languages advantageous
Tasks
- Support Leasing Director in daily tasks
- Update Remerchandising Documents
- Coordinate meetings and presentations
- Track Leasing Timelines and dates
- Take minutes of Leasing Meetings
- Prepare Info packages and HoTs
- Communicate with Legal on new documents
- Prepare internal presentations
- Set up Legal Documents
- Check external maps
- Update SharePoint
- Perform monthly bank reporting
- Update Salesforce
- Support budget meetings and preparation
- Attend internal meetings
- Serve as point of contact for all departments
- Communicate with Finance on Base Rent Uplifts
- Request and check invoices for investment sums
- Set up POs to pay contributions
- Collaborate with Business Analyst
- Double-check TI payments and contracts
- Prepare Negotiations Sheets
