- Experience in large international B2B organization and different functions preferred
- Proven ability to engage and challenge leaders
- Ensuring learning initiatives are strategically aligned and impactful
- Deep understanding of modern learning technologies
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles
- Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Experience with LMS, LXP, and content creation tools
- Strong communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to challenge and guide senior stakeholders effectively
- Proactive, business-oriented mindset
- Structured and solution-driven approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- French or German language skills
Tasks
- Collaborate with function leaders and SMEs
- Understand departmental priorities
- Ensure learning initiatives support business success
- Challenge stakeholders to rethink learning approaches
- Design learning solutions aligned with business challenges
- Use adult learning theories and data-driven insights
- Create engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Lead complex international learning projects
- Manage project execution and stakeholder engagement
- Track project success and drive adoption
- Work with Academy Managers and HR Business Partners
- Align learning programs with organizational goals
- Foster a culture of continuous learning
- Leverage AI, XR, and data analytics
- Create scalable and future-proof learning solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends
- Refine learning approaches to meet evolving needs
