- •Degree or Master’s in a relevant field
- •Proven experience in project management and training within a LEAN environment
- •Extensive work experience combined with LEAN certifications
- •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- •Customer-oriented mindset
- •High level of curiosity and adaptability

Tasks
- •Plan and manage LEAN digital learning projects
- •Align projects with business needs
- •Test, upload, and roll out content via PHOENIX LMS
- •Develop training materials on Lean and Kaizen Principles
- •Foster a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement
- •Support development initiatives in production and logistics
- •Utilize Lean Project Management and Hoshin Kanri tools
- •Serve as the main contact for HR and business teams
- •Manage access, reporting, and local launches for learning platforms
- •Maintain the LEAN Academy with accurate language versions
- •Ensure proper access rights and version control
- •Monitor and report on mandatory Lean trainings
- •Contribute to the design and architecture of the Lean Academy
- •Liaise with business areas to align Academy steps with needs
