- 8+ years Workday experience
- 8+ years business experience in Workday teams, financial or people department with solid understanding of processes and data management
- Understanding of Workday system administration for new configuration, ongoing maintenance or troubleshooting
- Experience with Workday finance and people modules
- Experience with Workday integrations and Workday studio
- Process design and improvement experience
- Data management, administration and system configuration experience
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Jira
- Experience with operational best practices and implementing technology solutions for compliance

Tasks
- Lead process improvements for People function applications
- Maintain optimal function of internal HR and Financial systems
- Manage database, network, and application support
- Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR and FIN employees
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement improvements
- Ensure system permissions and settings meet internal policies
- Program custom functions and documentation
- Compile complex data reports and summaries
- Serve as liaison for HR/FIN database design and implementation
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy
- Stay updated on trends in data management and security
- Oversee procurement of hardware and software
