Requirements

• •Passion for Unreal Engine and game development
• •Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in games and/or software engineering
• •Solid knowledge of C++ and experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
• •Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a programming team
• •Strong understanding of software architecture and modern development workflows
• •Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• •High level of strategic thinking combined with hands-on technical skills

Tasks

• •Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Programming Department
• •Set the technical direction of projects for scalability and maintainability
• •Oversee testing strategies to ensure quality
• •Coach and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement
• •Coordinate with other departments to integrate new features
• •Implement process improvements for efficiency and stability
• •Communicate with management to align departmental and corporate objectives
