Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or similar technical roles
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
- Experience with RFI/RFQ response development and technical proposal writing
Tasks
- Partner with regional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure reliable system engineering estimations
- Lead technical deep dive sessions with potential customers
- Analyze and approve customer requirements with stakeholders
- Create technical proposals articulating solution approach and value
- Support development of technical RFI/RFQ responses
- Evaluate customer requirements against platform capabilities
- Identify necessary platform adaptations for customer needs
- Define technical solution architectures
- Collaborate with product teams on platform enhancements
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for project transition
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with implementation teams
- Establish technical governance and architectural guardrails
- Support project kickoff activities for alignment
- Work closely with Regional Engineering, Product Management, and Delivery teams
- Provide feedback to platform teams on market needs
