Requirements
- •Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field
- •Experience in RF/EMC co-site interoperability on airborne platforms
- •Hands-on experience with multi-sensor RF integration
- •Ability to run interference/desense/intermod analyses
- •Experience executing EMC/EMI and OTA test campaigns
- •Understanding of antenna placement and coupling trade-offs
- •Low-observability and signature-management mindset
- •Fluency in requirements, ICDs, and verification processes
- •Ability to lead cross-functional technical closure with suppliers

Tasks
- •Design emission control for airborne and ground systems
- •Manage RF interoperability across all airborne payloads
- •Execute EMC and EMI co-site assessments
- •Define frequency plans and EMCON profiles
- •Lead signature-aware EW design for sensors
- •Establish LPI and LPD operational concepts
- •Drive interface control between sensors and communications
- •Develop integration concepts for antenna placement
- •Conduct system-level trade studies
- •Create integration and verification test plans
- •Ensure system resilience under contested EW conditions
- •Coordinate RF designs with LO and structures teams
- •Assess and reduce unintentional system emissions
- •Define requirements for signature-aware operations
- •Perform requirements traceability to subsystem specifications
- •Lead cross-functional resolution of RF anomalies
- •Manage technical exchanges with suppliers and customers
