Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in sales, key account management, or business development in high-growth marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, airline or online travel tech companies
  • Good network and reputation
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing and Strategic Partnership
  • Good business acumen and commercial instincts (contract negotiation, relationship management)
  • Understanding of online marketplace dynamics, demonstrated success in growth, results, and KPI improvements
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, thriving in fast-paced environment, growth mindset, learner's attitude
  • Highly collaborative, outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal skills, win-win mentality, relationship building
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, accuracy
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of time

  • Design and execute playbooks for strategic verticals
  • Design and execute sales systems for strategic verticals
  • Design and execute growth systems for strategic verticals
  • Develop strong internal partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve deal progression
  • Sell to existing and net new customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build feasible partnership structures
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms
  • Achieve partnership milestones
  • Maximize GetYourGuide brand impact
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates to leadership
  • Report on strategies, impact, learnings, and next steps
