Requirements
- Several years of experience as Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant
- Ideally experience at CRM, SaaS, or cloud software company
- Alternatively, experience at implementation partner/consulting firm with relevant project experience
- Experience in customer projects involving CRM, Data, or AI (strong advantage)
- CRM and platform architectures knowledge
- Data Integration & Data Platforms knowledge
- AI-powered applications knowledge
- Automation and intelligent agents (Agentic AI) knowledge
- Ability to discuss architecture decisions and explain complex technical relationships
- Strong customer-first mentality
- Ability to connect technical solutions with business value
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders (Business & IT)

- Conduct Discovery Workshops
- Conduct Value Engineering Sessions
- Conduct Architecture Discussions
- Develop compelling solution designs
- Develop architecture concepts
- Present complex solutions to stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Support account team with cross-sell initiatives
- Support account team with upsell initiatives
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships
- Translate new technologies into business applications
- Collaborate with Product, Partners, and Customer Success
- Co-create innovative customer engagement strategies
