Requirements
- 5+ years account management experience (media agency or retail media team)
- Proven high-profile client/partner account management
- Strong media planning, campaign management, ROI measurement understanding
- Deep media landscape and data-driven marketing knowledge
- Ability to drive direction and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience with internal creative and media channel teams
- Strong understanding of measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality, causal impact, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- English language proficiency
Tasks
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partner brands
- Serve as primary point of contact for key partner accounts
- Understand partner objectives and translate into data-driven media strategies
- Lead strategic meetings with partners and internal teams
- Devise co-branded media strategies to meet mutual objectives
- Collaborate with creative, in-house, and analytics teams for flawless campaign execution
- Define and coordinate media and creative briefs with partner brands
- Coordinate strategic responses to briefs with in-house teams
- Define and refine processes for co-branded campaigns
- Monitor media performance and optimize campaigns against KPIs
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement best practices for co-branded activity
- Build strong relationships with in-house media teams and partner brands
- Guide and oversee junior account managers for team success
- Work with cross-functional marketing teams for seamless campaign execution
- Foster collaboration across business areas to achieve strategic goals
- Liaise between co-marketing, vendor management, and creative teams
- Provide regular updates on campaign strategy and media plans
- Present campaign performance and ROI analysis to partner brands
- Use data and insights for actionable campaign optimizations
- Manage post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies
