Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven leadership in growth/transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management, planning, prioritization, and delivery skills
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage performance
- Solid understanding of financial/commercial KPIs
- Confident in business case analysis/modelling
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- German language skills are a plus
- Comfortable in international, hybrid/remote setups
Tasks
- Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives for OBF growth
- Translate business opportunities into actionable projects
- Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve OBF goals
- Manage product and tech initiatives for customer experiences
- Collect and interpret customer insights for product innovation
- Steer customer-centric improvements across channels
- Shape and monitor projects with clear milestones and KPIs
- Ensure team collaboration and ownership of outcomes
- Mentor Project Managers with direction and feedback
- Contribute to high-impact ad-hoc initiatives

- 5 - 7 years
Education
- Master's degree
