Lead Project Manager for our Own Brands Food (OBF) team(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5–7 years experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG
• Leadership in growth or transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage performance
• Understanding of financial or commercial KPIs
• Fluent English and German skills plus
• Comfort in international and hybrid setups

Tasks

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects for Own Brands Food
• Drive growth and operational excellence for private labels
• Connect teams, ideas, and data for business impact
• Own and steer full project lifecycles
• Foster continuous improvement in growth initiatives
• Coordinate and prioritize commercial initiatives
• Translate business opportunities into actionable projects
• Assess commercial feasibility and measurable results
• Partner with Brand, Country, Marketing, and CRM teams
• Collaborate with Pricing and BI stakeholders
• Define product and tech-related customer experience initiatives
• Improve customer discovery journeys for Own Brand Food
• Collect and interpret customer insights and surveys
• Analyze ratings to identify product innovation opportunities
• Steer customer-centric improvements across all channels
• Structure projects with clear milestones and KPIs
• Monitor project dependencies and leadership priorities
• Ensure cross-team ownership and timely delivery
• Lead and mentor dedicated Project Managers
• Provide direction and feedback to your team
• Foster a culture of proactive ownership
• Manage high-impact, ad-hoc initiatives for leadership
