- •Very good knowledge of MS Office
- •Numerical view and analytical mindset
- •Detail-oriented and big-picture thinking
- •Communication and project team leading skills
- •Cultural sensitivity and social competence
- •Hands-on mentality
- •Excellent English and German language skills
- •Willingness to travel

- •Lead fulfillment center extensions, retrofits, and launches
- •Manage projects to increase fulfillment network capabilities
- •Develop and maintain all project lifecycle documentation
- •Create concise project plans and governance models
- •Support the strategic development of fulfillment programs
- •Analyze data to support data-driven decision-making
- •Escalate critical topics to stakeholders for resolution
- •Assist with logistics contract management changes
- •Refine the project management toolbox and methodology
- •Prepare and deliver presentations for diverse audiences
- •Draft status updates and decision memos
