Requirements

  • •Effective English and basic French skills
  • •Experience in project planning and control
  • •Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
  • •Advantageous knowledge of Power BI
  • •Proactivity and strong analytical thinking
  • •Structured and methodical work approach
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Advantageous experience in matrix-based organisations
  • •Nationality of EUMETSAT Member State

  • •Coordinate inputs with development programmes
  • •Align with cross-departmental project control teams
  • •Prepare budget and financial planning inputs
  • •Plan medium and long-term human resource needs
  • •Maintain manpower data for supported units
  • •Manage yearly budget implementation and year-end activities
  • •Assess in-year and multi-year cost planning
  • •Analyze budget deviations and identify risks
  • •Provide progress and performance reporting to management
  • •Monitor projects to ensure consolidated financial reporting
  • •Improve project control processes and standards
