Lead Platform Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

As a senior technical leader, you will architect a multi-cloud Kubernetes foundation that enables the platform to run securely and reliably across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.

Requirements

• •6+ years platform engineering or DevOps experience
• •Strong production experience in Azure
• •Experience with AWS, GCP, or comparable cloud
• •Hands-on Kubernetes operation at scale
• •Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• •Strong knowledge of cloud networking
• •Experience designing CI/CD and GitOps workflows
• •Experience operating high-concurrency workloads
• •Understanding of compliance frameworks
• •Strong system design skills
• •Ability to navigate ambiguity independently
• •Experience deploying software into customer-controlled environments
• •MLOps experience
• •Databricks integration experience
• •GPU workload optimization and scheduling
• •Experience building Internal Developer Platforms
• •Service mesh and zero-trust networking knowledge
• •Policy-as-code tooling knowledge
• •FinOps practices and cost governance

Tasks

• •Design cloud-agnostic, single-tenant deployment architectures
• •Build reusable Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code modules
• •Standardize Kubernetes workload isolation and auto-scaling
• •Implement GitOps-based CI/CD and automated provisioning
• •Enable scalable compute-heavy and ML workloads
• •Design secure networking and zero-trust IAM patterns
• •Establish observability, logging, and alerting standards
• •Manage cost governance and spend optimization
• •Define service deployment contracts with engineering teams
• •Create architectural records and operational runbooks
• •Automate SOC 2 and GDPR compliance guardrails
• •Champion AI-assisted infrastructure and coding workflows
