- Design and implement integrations between the SWIFT platform and internal processing systems
- Manage middleware and application integrations
- Oversee the platform lifecycle, including capacity planning and version upgrades
- Conduct patching and disaster recovery planning and testing
- Lead incident and problem management efforts
- Provide technical analysis to resolve complex issues across application, database, and operating system layers
- Represent the bank in technical forums and SWIFT advisory groups
- Collaborate with operations, infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams for secure solutions
