Requirements

  • •Expert-level knowledge of Linux/UNIX
  • •Strong proficiency with Oracle databases
  • •Proven experience in high-availability production environments
  • •Experience with high-load systems and performance testing
  • •Knowledge of messaging middleware IBM MQ and Kafka
  • •Solid understanding of networks and network protocols
  • •Familiarity with modern monitoring and observability tools
  • •Understanding of public key infrastructure and cryptographic principles
  • •Experience working within containerized environments
  • •Experience administering SWIFT Alliance Gateway platforms

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Take ownership of the SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG) platform
  • •Ensure maximum availability, performance, and security of SAG, SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), and SWIFTNet Link (SNL)
  • •Design and implement integrations between the SWIFT platform and internal processing systems
  • •Manage middleware and application integrations
  • •Oversee the platform lifecycle, including capacity planning and version upgrades
  • •Conduct patching and disaster recovery planning and testing
  • •Lead incident and problem management efforts
  • •Provide technical analysis to resolve complex issues across application, database, and operating system layers
  • •Represent the bank in technical forums and SWIFT advisory groups
  • •Collaborate with operations, infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams for secure solutions
