Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience, including 1 year in leadership role
  • Know-how in sales operations for direct sales scenarios and related systems, tools, and processes
  • Hands-on mindset and adaptability to challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to establish relationships and engage with business stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Self-structured and well-organized way of working
  • German native language skills both written and oral
  • Proficient level of English language skills
  • Chinese language and culture skills are a plus

  • Lead and develop the Sales Operations Team
  • Ensure timely and high-quality sales processing and operations
  • Optimize sales processes to enhance productivity
  • Manage the sales pipeline and workflows
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance metrics
  • Create actionable reports for strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Ensure data integrity and best practices for CRM usage
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments
  • Manage vehicle inventory and allocation
  • Supervise vehicle stock management through integrated systems
  • Collaborate on sales programs and execute compensation plans
  • Identify reporting issues and secure timely solutions
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed
  • Support projects in Vehicle Sales Operations
