Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification
- •Minimum 5 years related working experience, including 1 year in leadership role
- •Know-how in sales operations for direct sales scenarios and related systems, tools, and processes
- •Hands-on mindset and adaptability to challenges in a fast-paced environment
- •Ability to establish relationships and engage with business stakeholders
- •Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
- •Self-structured and well-organized way of working
- •German native language skills both written and oral
- •Proficient level of English language skills
- •Chinese language and culture skills are a plus

- •Lead and develop the Sales Operations Team
- •Ensure timely and high-quality sales processing and operations
- •Optimize sales processes to enhance productivity
- •Manage the sales pipeline and workflows
- •Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance metrics
- •Create actionable reports for strategic decision-making
- •Maintain and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- •Ensure data integrity and best practices for CRM usage
- •Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
- •Act as a liaison between sales and other departments
- •Manage vehicle inventory and allocation
- •Supervise vehicle stock management through integrated systems
- •Collaborate on sales programs and execute compensation plans
- •Identify reporting issues and secure timely solutions
- •Perform ad hoc duties as needed
- •Support projects in Vehicle Sales Operations
