Description

In this role, you will lead a diverse team to drive operational excellence and innovation in procurement processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
• •Proven experience in procurement, S2P, Shared Services, or supply chain
• •Leadership experience in COE/Excellence functions and global transformations
• •Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), PMP/Prince2, Prosci
• •Business fluent in English; other languages a plus
• •Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• •Expertise in procurement principles, compliance, and industry trends
• •Knowledge of S2P suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) and ERP (SAP)
• •Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), process mining (Celonis), and automation (UiPath/Power Platform)
• •Familiarity with ESG standards and third-party risk frameworks

• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives
• •Foster innovation and deliver sustainable value
• •Build global networks and manage escalations
• •Represent topics at the C-Level
