Tasks

  • Identify and engage potential customers
  • Create specific points of view for lighthouse accounts
  • Run tailored product demonstrations for People Leaders
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Guide prospects through the sales process
  • Develop and present compelling business cases
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline deal closure
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers
  • Identify and mitigate retention risks
  • Create tailored Account Plans
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews
  • Uncover expansion opportunities
  • Optimize customer engagement with the platform
  • Build a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Achieve expansion targets
  • Establish multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders
