Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing techniques
- Hands-on test automation, scripting (JavaScript, Python, Ruby), and SQL experience
- Test management and defect tracking tools experience; Polarion a plus
- Test automation tools and best practices experience; Katalon a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, quality commitment
- Excellent English verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, cGxP is advantageous
Tasks
- Lead software quality engineering activities
- Review product requirements and engineering specifications
- Design and develop manual and automated tests
- Execute and maintain tests for web, API, desktop, and mobile applications
- Document and report test results to stakeholders
- Highlight risks and quality issues
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams
- Develop and maintain high-quality test plans
- Troubleshoot test failures across environments
- Analyze logs and database queries
- Conduct peer reviews of test cases
- Improve testing processes and methodologies
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations
