Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- •10+ years of experience in design and development of aerospace systems
- •Proven experience in leading multinational teams
- •Proven experience in development of GNC and FSW applications for aerospace projects
- •Broad understanding of full functional chain of space systems
- •Strong systems engineering background
- •Hands-on experience with development, assembly, integration and testing of space applications
- •Understanding of space-relevant standards (ECSS, MIL-STD, NASA-HBK)
- •Knowledge of safety-critical design principles
- •Familiarity with RAMS (FMECA, FDIR, reliability, maintainability, safety)
- •High attention to detail in design, analysis, documentation
- •Hands-on mindset for testing and debugging
- •Experience with EEE components and EMI/EMC is a plus
- •Strong oral and written communication skills
- •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- •Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks
- •Positive and flexible attitude to get the job done
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- •Ability to communicate at all levels of the business

- •Lead a multi-disciplinary team throughout the development lifecycle
- •Define requirements and architecture for avionics, GNC, and flight software
- •Translate system-level requirements into detailed specifications
- •Use simulation tools to verify performance, safety, and reliability
- •Optimize designs through simulation and modeling
- •Oversee the development, setup, and testing of breadboards and engineering models
- •Manage supplier selection and hardware development oversight
- •Ensure timely delivery of equipment
- •Validate that system design meets requirements and manage budgets
- •Set up and manage Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments for simulations
- •Contribute to ICDs, BOMs, AIT, verification plans, and test reports
- •Collaborate with the team for seamless system-level integration
