Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- •Proven experience in avionics equipment design with aerospace applications
- •Proficiency in avionics design tools and software
- •Understanding of space relevant standards and regulations
- •Knowledge of safety-critical design principles
- •Familiarity with RAMS aspects
- •Familiarity with environmental and reliability considerations in avionics design
- •Basic knowledge of VHDL / Verilog
- •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- •Leadership experience 6-10 years+
- •Meticulous attention to detail in design, analysis, and documentation
- •Hands-on mentality at testing and problem debugging
- •Experience leading multinational teams
- •Experience with EEE & EMI/EMC is a plus

- •Build and lead a high-performing avionics team
- •Define system requirements and architecture for avionics
- •Lead breadboard activities, PCB design, and FPGA programming
- •Select suppliers and oversee development of qualified hardware

- •Collaborate with software and GNC teams on system architecture
- •Set up and manage Hardware-in-the-Loop environment
- •Lead the design and development of flight control systems
- •Translate system requirements into avionics specifications
- •Utilize simulation tools to model avionics systems
- •Develop prototypes for avionics equipment testing
- •Prepare comprehensive design documentation
- •Work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
- •Stay current with industry trends and advancements
