Requirements

  • •University degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or comparable field
  • •Several years of professional experience with AI systems and modern AI architectures, ideally in automotive or related industries
  • •Practical expertise in agent-based AI and implementation of LLM-based AI agents or multi-agent systems
  • •Experience in analyzing processes and developing automated processes using AI agents
  • •Experience in use of pre-trained large language models, context engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and knowledge retrieval
  • •Analytical and consultative skills, structured problem-solving skills, and high detail-orientation
  • •Additional certifications in cloud technologies, data science, or AI; contributions to open source community advantageous

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Design and manage a team of Agentic AI experts
  • •Drive the implementation of Agentic AI in joint project teams
  • •Provide strategic advice as a central AI Incubator
  • •Identify and prioritize potential use cases
  • •Lead cross-functional teams through the orchestration process
  • •Define the functional architecture for autonomous multi-agent systems
  • •Develop a concept for agentic AI orchestration in core processes
  • •Create a data and knowledge strategy with relevant interfaces
  • •Ensure secure and scalable integration of AI agent solutions
  • •Establish robust operating processes with specialist departments
  • •Define KPIs and evaluation frameworks for AI solutions
  • •Monitor accuracy, reliability, ethical guidelines, and AI safety
