Requirements

  • •Apprenticeship, BSc, or equivalent experience in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
  • •Experience with laboratory operations software (advantageous)
  • •Working experience in pharmaceutical or biochemical research/technical role
  • •Ability to report and describe scientific results
  • •Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • •Proficient written and spoken English

Education

Vocational certification
OR
Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Support analytical potency testing and method implementation
  • •Establish, develop, and troubleshoot bio-analytical methods
  • •Perform non-GMP batch release and stability testing
  • •Conduct independent potency assays using ELISA or SPR
  • •Execute functional assays including CBA or enzyme assays
  • •Prepare buffers and perform detailed data analysis
  • •Document assay performance according to GDocP and ISO standards
  • •Review and approve operational tasks performed by peer analysts
  • •Investigate and resolve method or lab equipment issues
  • •Maintain laboratory spaces following 6S and GDP principles
  • •Ensure all documentation adheres to EHS regulations
