- •Structured, detail-oriented work style with strong understanding of organization and logistics
- •Confidence in using IT systems (e.g., MSKU, Redzone, GSuite) for process control
- •Solution-oriented, flexible, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- •Leadership in a motivating and goal-oriented manner
- •Comfort in different kitchen environments—hot, cool, or cold

Tasks
- •Manage operational and disciplinary aspects of multiple kitchen areas
- •Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- •Monitor quality controls, storage, rotation, presentation, and temperature measurements
- •Initiate corrective actions for any deviations
- •Ensure efficient use and maintenance of equipment, materials, and resources
- •Identify and implement process improvements
- •Support company-wide initiatives
- •Analyze performance indicators and conduct audits
- •Report regularly to the Executive Chef
- •Coordinate tasks and priorities across departments
- •Ensure smooth production flow
- •Manage accidents and incidents, initiating preventive measures
- •Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations
- •Support supervisors in their leadership roles
- •Develop team members and foster a motivated, productive work environment
