- Report on audit findings with improvement recommendations
- Manage technical customer accounts to grow business volume
- Defend accounts against competitor activity
- Investigate and resolve quality issues
- Handle technical aspects of quality claims
- Build sustainable relationships with key accounts
- Strengthen customer trust in Axalta’s service level
- Develop and deliver theoretical and practical training
- Liaise with equipment, pretreatment, and machinery suppliers
- Participate in powder-coating industry associations
- Contribute to the EMEA technical team
- Expand knowledge of Axalta products and application processes
- Conduct audits for Approved Applicators
- Lead the application laboratory in Erzhausen
