- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) ideally

Tasks
- Manage global key accounts
- Coordinate with international customers and internal departments
- Process and monitor orders, quotations, and contracts
- Provide back office support for key account customers
- Manage international customer projects
- Support field sales and international sales companies
- Conduct customer and market analyses
- Evaluate market data
- Monitor delivery times and adherence to deadlines
- Process shipping and returns
- Restock inventory
- Stand in for other administrators
- Perform special tasks as specified by the team leader
