Key Account Manager – Strategic Accounts & Omnichannel(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Completed scientific studies or equivalent qualification
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in specialty products / complex therapies
- Clear key account mindset with ownership claim
- High data and analytical competence and confident use of CRM systems
- Very good understanding of the German healthcare system and relevant supply logics
- Strong ability for cross-functional collaboration and clear prioritization
- Digital affinity and true omnichannel understanding
- Experience in modern, data-based sales models
- Entrepreneurial thinking, results orientation, and willingness to learn
- Very good German and good English skills
Tasks
- Lead key accounts operationally
- Achieve and sustain account performance
- Develop data-driven account strategies
- Analyze potential, supply structures, and customer needs
- Utilize CRM, market, and performance data
- Prioritize, control, and define next best actions
- Plan and implement omnichannel initiatives
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration
- Build and maintain stakeholder networks
- Improve patient access and care quality
