Key Account Manager North America(m/w/x)
Managing customer relationships for Embedded Vision, AI, and driver assistance systems, with on-site visits and trade show presentations. Technical degree and several years of key account management for AI software products required. Direct contribution to life-saving technologies.
Requirements
- Technical training or degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer vision, or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in key account management for technical products and AI software
- Strong enthusiasm for future-oriented fields such as computer vision, neural networks, and artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with camera monitor systems, driver assistance systems, and AI-based technologies
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within North America
- Business-fluent English; German is a plus
- Strong technical affinity
- Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and strong sense of teamwork
- Confident use of office software (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong time-management and self-organization skills
Tasks
- Establish and maintain customer relationships across North America
- Conduct on-site visits to analyze customer needs and provide consulting
- Manage the introduction of new products in collaboration with customers and teams
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Present product solutions and innovations at trade shows and customer events
- Create customer-specific proposals with internal sales and management
- Contribute to pricing processes and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal sales and Technical Sales for smooth workflows
- Serve as the key contact for technical inquiries between customers and product development
- Maintain customer data in the CRM system and update sales management regularly
