- •5-7 years' experience in B2B Sales
- •Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- •Track record in OEM account management
- •Business acumen and analytical thinking
- •Fast-paced customer focused attitude
- •Independent work and international teamwork skills
- •High proficiency in MS Office
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Valid class B driver’s license
- •Willingness to travel up to 30%
- •Integrity, accountability, creativity, and teamwork

- •Act as the primary commercial interface for key accounts
- •Drive strategic business development and long-term relationships
- •Identify and develop new profitable business opportunities
- •Oversee account strategies, sales activities, and forecasting
- •Lead cross-functional initiatives with R&D and Operations
- •Manage RFQs, commercial negotiations, and price strategies
- •Handle contractual agreements and commercial excellence
- •Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- •Translate customer insights into product planning
- •Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
- •Represent the company as the voice of the customer
