Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Track record in OEM account management
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Fast-paced customer focused attitude
  • Independent work and international teamwork skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Valid class B driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Integrity, accountability, creativity, and teamwork

  • Act as the primary commercial interface for key accounts
  • Drive strategic business development and long-term relationships
  • Identify and develop new profitable business opportunities

  • Manage RFQs, commercial negotiations, and price strategies
  • Handle contractual agreements and commercial excellence
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Translate customer insights into product planning
  • Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
  • Represent the company as the voice of the customer
