Key Account Manager(m/w/x)
Developing regional access strategies for clinical research services and health analytics with healthcare decision-makers. Existing network of cardiac surgeons and cardiology experience in operating rooms required. Autonomy in regional territory management and business planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or medtech access or sales
- Experience in Cardiology and pharmaceuticals in operating room environments
- Existing network of cardiac surgeons
- Fluency in German and good English
- Deep understanding of national and local healthcare systems
- Proven ability to open new markets and drive access strategies
Tasks
- Establish and expand relationships with key and secondary accounts
- Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare decision-makers
- Identify and prioritize target customers using CRM analysis
- Create and implement a territory business plan for product availability
- Engage with healthcare professionals to support novel therapeutic approaches
- Educate stakeholders on the value of the product portfolio
- Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions for market entry
- Lead local market access initiatives and provide training to internal teams
- Ensure product availability after price negotiations with pharmacy heads
