Key Account Manager(m/w/x)
In this role, you will focus on driving growth and retention for a portfolio of accounts by building strategic relationships, conducting business reviews, and leading negotiations. Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management
- Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Data-driven approach
- Influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions

Tasks
- Build and expand strategic relationships across customer supply chain functions
- Drive market share growth through active pipeline management and CRM qualification
- Conduct business reviews to uncover growth opportunities using data and market intelligence
- Lead complex negotiations and pricing strategies at the management and director level
- Represent digital solutions confidently, applying technology and analytics to customer strategy
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring alignment and prioritization of internal resources
- Collaborate with operations and supply teams to deliver optimal execution and meet KPIs
- Manage conflict and navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Monitor account health through proactive review of financial results and performance reports
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving solutions for customers
