Requirements

  • Completed studies in business or comparable qualification
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing or sales, preferably in a pharmaceutical, dental, or healthcare company
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy, drugstore business, or customer management in retail/pharmacy
  • Deep understanding of concepts, strategies, and approaches in online retail/pharmacies
  • Cross-functional experience in marketing or retail marketing is desirable
  • Very good analytical skills and strong understanding of deriving actions from data
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven negotiation experience
  • Fluent in German and English in spoken and written form
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite programs, especially Excel/Sheets and Slides
  • Interdisciplinary and team-oriented work style, high result orientation, and willingness to take full responsibility (P&L)

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • Lead the commercial and financial management of key accounts
  • Develop and implement channel strategies for sustainable revenue growth
  • Plan and execute strategic priorities to strengthen market share
  • Manage key accounts as the primary contact for clients
  • Negotiate annual contracts and customer-specific terms and conditions
  • Oversee the advertising budget and promotional plans to meet sales targets
  • Negotiate price increases and channel-specific conditions
  • Ensure customer profitability and adherence to budgets
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics for sales planning
  • Optimize logistics performance and processes with clients
