Requirements

  • •Fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1)
  • •Confident English communication (min. B1/B2)
  • •Fluent German speaking skills (desirable)
  • •User knowledge of medical analysis systems or robotics, mechanics, or electrical engineering
  • •Basic IT network knowledge
  • •Familiarity with CRM tools
  • •Strong customer orientation
  • •Team player in intercultural teams
  • •Pronounced methodical competence in troubleshooting
  • •Completed training as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), Technician, or Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences, IT, Chemical or Electrical Engineering
  • •Initial professional experience in medical technology field
  • •Experience in technical customer support or laboratory function

Tasks

  • •Serve as the technical interface for customers and colleagues
  • •Process customer and employee inquiries via phone and email
  • •Utilize remote services for customer support
  • •Simulate customer situations in the laboratory to identify errors
  • •Document solution approaches in the CRM system
  • •Manage advanced complaints for medium-complexity issues
  • •Collaborate with 2nd-level support on product quality problems
  • •Support technical field service during on-site activities
