- Organize pick-ups of blocked goods
- Manage SKU substitutions with culinary team and suppliers
- Check daily waste and inventory deviations
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Secure SKU availability for seamless production
- Gather and document information for process improvement
- Calculate carryover stocks at week's end
Education
