- Create processes for continuous improvement
- Check inbound OTIFIQ deviations from suppliers
- Conduct morning availability checks with inventory and production teams
- Handle QC blockages with FSQA and suppliers
- Organize pick-ups of blocked goods
- Manage SKU substitutions with culinary team and suppliers
- Check daily waste and inventory deviations
- Identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions
- Secure SKU availability for seamless production
- Gather and document information for process efficiency
- Calculate carryover stocks at the end of the production week
