In this role, you will dive into the world of logistics and partnerships, supporting operations and building relationships with stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing partner performance, contributing to special projects, and collaborating across teams to enhance workflows.

Requirements

• •Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• •Initial experience or internships in fast-paced environments such as consultancy, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Proficiency in Google Sheets for basic KPI and cost analysis; SQL is a plus
• •Highly organised and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
• •Clear communication and enjoyment of collaboration with different teams and external partners at various seniority levels
• •Curiosity to learn about fulfilment operations, carrier partners, 3PL supplier relations, and cross-team collaboration
• •Hands-on, proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of tasks while developing new skills

Tasks

• •Support partner portfolio growth by researching and evaluating new partnership opportunities
• •Assist in managing special projects and market launches
• •Prepare partner insights and coordinate with stakeholders
• •Oversee daily operations with delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners
• •Monitor partner KPIs and cost metrics
• •Prepare reports and highlight potential risks
• •Contribute to root-cause analyses
• •Document key takeaways from partner operational reviews
• •Ensure follow-up steps are tracked and executed
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
• •Drive continuous improvements in operations
• •Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs
