- 3-5 years Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Alliances experience in eCommerce
- eCommerce MarTech integration understanding
- Understanding of typical eCommerce MarTech stacks
- Knowledge of relevant partner landscape in eCommerce
- Concrete examples of recruiting/onboarding agency/SI partners
- Concrete examples of activating agency/SI partners
- Co-selling affinity
- Confident collaboration with Sales/AEs
- Quick adoption of co-selling operations
- Salesforce basics
- Solid skills for pipeline hygiene
- Solid skills for reporting
- Ownership in young/growing markets
- Proactive operation in young/growing markets
- Driving topics through to result
- Learning speed
- Language skills in Polish, Czech, or a Baltic language
- Existing network in CEE/Baltics (agencies, SIs, tech partners)
- Experience in Search & Product Discovery
- Experience in merchandising
- Experience in performance marketing
- Experience in data/analytics
- Experience with partner programs (e.g. tiering, incentives, MDF, certifications)
Tasks
- Identify and onboard high-quality agency and SI partners
- Enable and certify partners for co-marketing and co-selling
- Develop joint roadmaps with partners
- Communicate integration value within the eCommerce MarTech stack
- Train partners to pitch, demo, and implement FactFinder
- Support Sales/AEs in co-selling motions
- Maintain transparency and registration of partner pipeline in Salesforce
- Track partner activities, conversions, and pipeline depth
- Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns and events
- Represent FactFinder at industry events in CEE & Baltics
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements
