Requirements
- Banking apprenticeship or relevant studies completion

- Knowledge of securities and banking processes (payments, trading, settlement, corporate actions, transfers, reconciliation, tax)
- Fundamental understanding of technical/legal requirements for security transactions
- Expertise in German/European payment, settlement, custody, tax systems is a plus
- Experience in time-sensitive environments balancing competing priorities with high quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Participate in Operations teams for cash and securities
- Handle internal booking of cash and security transactions
- Manage external settlement and account reconciliation
- Conduct reporting tasks for Broker and Wealth clients
- Investigate mismatches and patterns
- Identify optimization potential
- Execute time-sensitive tasks
- Develop scalable processes
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
