Creating value arguments and scientific publications for innovative pharmaceutical therapies. Master's in Pharmacy, Health Economics, or related field, with basic German healthcare system knowledge needed. Focus on patient access to innovative therapies.
Requirements
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc) or equivalent in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, Natural Sciences, Epidemiology, or Public Health
- Basic knowledge of German healthcare system and pharmaceutical market
- Initial methodological competence in healthcare research, HTA, or Health Economics (ideally via internships or master thesis)
- Highly structured, results-oriented working style, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills and interdisciplinary project work ability
- Flexibility, high learning capacity, and strong stakeholder management competence
- Doctoral degree (PhD, MD) preferred
- In-depth expertise in German healthcare system, including AMNOG pharmaceutical benefit assessment
- Proven applied methodological competence in healthcare research, HTA, and Health Economics
- Experience in matrix organizations and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong collaboration skills and experience with payers (including completed projects)
- High personal competence in managing complex stakeholder relationships

- Develop and implement market access strategies for launch products.
