- •University degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- •At least 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing within FMCG
- •Good knowledge of the retail landscape; private label or branded background desirable
- •Customer-focused, cross-functional mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
- •Challenger attitude, tactical sales skills, and excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
- •Self-motivation, solution-driven approach, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- •Ensure sales targets are met cost-effectively
- •Understand customer strategy and organization
- •Develop contacts at multiple levels within accounts
- •Support strategic sales orientation for your line manager
- •Identify opportunities for customized product solutions
- •Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
- •Achieve annual business plans and forecasts through customer engagement
- •Manage portfolio and pricing strategy in compliance with profitability guidelines
- •Monitor customer, market, and competitor performance
- •Make recommendations to improve profitability
- •Collaborate with internal functions for efficient implementation
- •Track and update customer conditions regularly
- •Deliver presentations to customers
