Requirements
- Structured, reliable, proactive, detail-oriented work style
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and P2P cycle
- Good communication and collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with IT product categories (plus, not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP or procurement system (advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other European language (plus)
Tasks
- Process IT hardware and software purchase orders
- Liaise with vendors for quotes and order tracking
- Resolve delivery and invoicing discrepancies
- Maintain supplier database accuracy
- Assist in sourcing and RFQ processes
- Support supplier comparisons
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations
- Track and report procurement KPIs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
Education
- High school diploma
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – is a plus
- Basque – is a plus
