Description

In this role, you will manage the full insurance lifecycle, from negotiating provider terms to settling claims, while ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving industry regulations.

Requirements

• •Degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
• •1-3 years insurance industry experience
• •Knowledge of European insurance policies and regulations
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software
• •Independent work and multi-tasking ability
• •Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus

Tasks

• •Perform ongoing demands analysis to optimize insurance coverage
• •Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers
• •Provide expert advice on insurance-related clauses
• •Assess client needs and recommend coverage options
• •Assist with applications and ensure accurate documentation
• •Manage insurance claims from reporting to final settlement
• •Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes
• •Analyze policies to ensure they meet company requirements
• •Maintain compliance with all insurance laws and regulations
• •Update company policies based on legal developments
• •Conduct risk assessments and recommend management strategies
• •Control and manage potential organizational risks
• •Prepare detailed reports on coverage and claims status
• •Present risk management activities to senior management
