Requirements

  • •Professional experience within an AIFM, Asset Manager, Advisory Firm
  • •University degree in business, economics, or investment-related field
  • •High level of initiative, independence, and excellent organizational skills
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • •First experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial modelling
  • •Qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, ACCA considered a plus
  • •Fluency in English and German (min C1)

Tasks

  • •Analyze and optimize portfolios using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • •Lead fund-level finance operations, including liquidity and capital planning
  • •Monitor and report on comprehensive portfolio performance
  • •Assist in portfolio construction and support investment and divestment processes
  • •Collaborate closely with investment management during execution
  • •Support the Fund Manager in defining and executing investment strategies for clean energy
  • •Continuously evaluate key performance drivers against strategy and targets
  • •Enhance the portfolio’s risk-return profile through active management
  • •Drive fund administration processes, including audits and data governance
  • •Execute automation and digitalization efforts to improve decision-making efficiency
